La tour New York by Gehry, située au 8 Spruce Street, fut inaugurée en 2011. Son architecte Frank Gehry lui a donné une façade ondulée particulièrement originale. À son achèvement, elle figurait parmi les plus hautes tours résidentielles du continent américain.
