The lake Titicaca is the highest navigable lake of the world (3810m), with a surface of 4550km2. Surrounded with snow-covered mountains which one distinguishes in the distance, this lake, which was crowned for Incas, remainder crowned in a certain way: the Indians who sail there throw in its water two sheets of coca in the form of offering to the god.
