Nosy Be is located at the North-West of the Large Land at the entrance of bay of Ampasindava. It measures 75 km of circumference, for 24 km in its bigger length and 18 km in its greater width. The highest point of Nosy Be is the mount Passot (430 m). Two important cities: Hell-city the capital and Dzamandzar where the sugar refinery is.
