The tomb of Houmayoun, the second Mogul emperor, was built by his wife Hamida Banu into 1565. The architecture of the building inspired, says one, the construction of Taj Mahal. It draws up in the medium of a square garden of Mogul style itself divided into squares by pavedalleys.
